True, the english load their dishes with rice and noodles, while the chinese get the more value for money stuff. I think this is one of the reason they only have prawns with shells on, to not make it too easy for you to eat too many. I once went to a buffet with lobsters and felt so embarassed when a group of chinese students took it all as soon as it was served leaving none for others.
