Recipe for teriyaki sesame chicken
First , main ingredient..teriyaki sauce ( RM 9+ per bottle...as expensive as the chicken lor)
Ingredients:
1 chicken
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Marinade
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
1–2 tbsp martell
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp honey
Method
Combine the marinade ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir well until sugar and honey dissolves. Leave to cool completely. Mix chicken with the marinade in a large plastic container. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
Skew chicken and roast it at 180 °C for 40 minutes. Sprinkle cooked chicken with toasted sesame seeds.

i had a RM16 steamboat dinner for the new year with colleagues, then managed to see fireworks around penang from the 30th floor of an apartment. not bad!! :) but no homecooked meals, unfortunately...
wow..something different for you this year man.!!!..watching fireworks from a 3oth floor must be sth lar...since u can see the fireworks from tip to end hor....hahaha...took any pictures kah? Miss my homecooked food..don't worry CNY is just 4 weeks away dear.Happy New Year to you.
