These days for me baking buns is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Dump all the ingredients into my bread machine
2. Select 9 on bread machine for bread dough
3. I sit down and blog about making buns on my PC
4 One hour 20 minutes later my bread dough is all ready ( kneading and proofing)
5. Roll, shaped add in this as filling, (plus chopped raw big onion):
6. 15 minutes later........
